Making an Appointment
Thank you for your interest in the Nevada Headache Institute, where we specialize in the care and management of difficult headache conditions. To make an appointment, please check with your insurance company to see if a formal referral is required.
If your insurance requires a referral, please have your current medical care provider fax or mail a referral to our office. One of our patient care coordinators will contact you once we have received it. If your insurance company does not require a formal referral, please call our office and we will set an appointment for you.
Our goal is to create a working partnership with you and your primary health care provider to treat your headaches. We wish to make your visit informative and your experience rewarding.
