The NVHI accepts most major insurance plans and has a financial assistance program.

If you require a payment plan, our staff will work closely with you. Please contact us for further information.

Your insurance company may require you to provide a co-payment at the time of your appointment. If you do not know how much this will be, please contact your insurance company.

If your insurance requires a referral, you will need to obtain this prior to the appointment.
